The Management Team

Nick Rich Founder and IT Director Nick has overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the Text Marketer systems. He runs a tight ship and frequently intones that the customer is at the centre of our products. Running in the rain is what Nick does when he’s not supervising code.	Richard Hawley Founder and Operations Director Richard spends his time overseeing the smooth running of the Text Marketer business. He also drives the development of the bulk SMS platform with new innovative features. In his spare time he can be spotted cycling furiously on the extensive mountain bike trails around Bristol.
Henry Cazalet Founder and Sales Director Developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy is what Henry gets up to. He helps customers of all sizes get to grips with mobile marketing as well as trying to find new ones. Henry runs an efficient taxi service for his 3 children when not in the office.	Marco Morais Chief Technology Officer Marco looks after all things technical with a mild touch of OCD. It’s his job to lead the build and maintain our set of SMS tools. He likes to ensure all systems are secure, robust and easy to use. When he’s not entertaining his 3 children, Marco is partial to science fiction. For further escape, he reads retro comics.
