Overall, it\'s obvious that team is doing their best to create value - and they do deliver.

Perfect solution for that great idea!

As a developer (and an entrepreneur!) this is a great way to connect to your clients. It allows me to not only rapidly communicate with my clients but through incoming texts I can have a two way conversation as well. Building this into our software platform was very straight forward and the technical support was excellent when I had any queries. Keep up the good work guys.

Great Service

Good company to deal with and very helpful, service is very sensibly priced as well. We use this service to keep clients up to date , instruct tradesmen who are often out and about so can not readily access emails. Our clients feedback has been great in this respect.

I must say that we found Text Marketer the best sms sending provider. We are a restaurant in London and regularly use sms to keep in touch with our customers. We have used quite a few different ones but the ease of use and the other features like duplicate entry removal, reply to shortcode, etc all make Text Marketer way ahead of the others. And above all, they are the most economical in the market. Check out their offers, they do some really good ones.

As a company dirctor I found the text markter is a fast and easy to use text message\'s to our customers, because we are using our company name in the text ID. And all our customers are happy when they have recived our text.

We use it to keep in contact with the youngsters in our Scout Group, so we're a really light user. This service is great for us, as you only pay for what you use. No up-front costs, no monthly fees, no minimum spend, and the credits you buy don't expire.
What's more, it was easy to integrate into our existing web-based contact mechanisms, using the sample code provided.

Use this service for a client's recruitment website. Allows them to chase up late timesheets and get rapid responses and also to advertise urgent jobs.

Being perverse I was going to rate this as one star just because of all the other good ratings but I can't really justify that. Excellent service, at a great price and, as others have said, really helpful if you need to talk.

Conversation Stopper

I've been promoting and marketing websites for 20 years and embarked upon many different marketing methods.

I've never come across anything so powerful as SMS, it can't be compared with any other form of marketing other than interupting a conversation and talking to people because that's basically what text messages do.

People will read their message in between meals, on public transport...even whilst shopping.

Delivering the message and managing the system does need a reliable back-up and Text Marketer provides the skill and experience to support me.

As well as providing an array of free information and quality support, these guys are commited to competitive resources without cutting corners.

Simple, quick, inexpensive

So, in a nutshell, I wanted to set up a system for my flight planning web site, so that people could text in for the latest airfield weather reports. After researching the various providers, I opted for textmarketer and I was able set up a complete two-way texting system in just a couple of hours -- in no small part owing to the simple and effective API that textmarketer has designed.

Their emphasis seems to be getting you up and running as quickly as you like, whether that's in registering for a test account, topping up with credits, or using the API -- it all just happens very easily and quickly.

On top of this, the price for credits is very competitive for a low-volume texter such as I am -- without question the least expensive I could find.

The only criticism I have is that the "nice" incoming shortcodes are somewhat expensive, which is a shame because they do make for a more memorable texting system. For a business with two-way SMS at its core, however, it's not bad at all, and in any case they're still much cheaper than any other texting company I could find.

So, all in all, you can probably guess I'm a fan -- it's all been terrifically straightforward and works really well for our clients. If you're after a simple-to-use, inexpensive, feature-rich texting system, give them a try.

There\'s actually a competitor price comparison chart on the Shortcode SMS page. We do also offer the budget keywords (words that start with a number) at £5 per month - 2FLY perhaps?

It does exactly what it says on the tin

We are a small company that has been with Text Marketer for about 5months. We send large numbers of SMS to parents which need to be received in a timely and reliable fashion. We've gotten so use to things just working we forget that there's a company behind it all!

Real people do exist online!

It is nice in todays world to find a comapny online and then discover that they are real people willing to help. I have only had a trial account for a few days now, and after a 30 minute phone call discussing my business strategy and how textmarketer and myself can work together to improve my business I am about to take the next step and buy some credits. The information I received over the phone was not your regular sales pitch, it was good honest information that made my decision easier.
