1. What does it cost?
There's no set up or monthly costs. You just pay for the texts you send. Check out our bulk sms prices and use the calculator to see how much your first batch would cost.2. How do I do it?
To use any of our services, you need to have an account with us. Everything is run online automatically by you using your full featured sms marketing account. 3. I want to have a keyword on my account to receive incoming texts
Once you have an account see here for instructions on adding a keyword. Once you have done that, read our instructions on how to use your text keyword.4. How do I pay for the service?
Bulk text message purchases can be made in your account by credit card or you can generate your own invoice in your account and pay by BACS/CHAPS. Log in to your account and click the Buy Credits button at the top right to see. Keywords are paid for by card only (using Google Checkout) as you need to create your monthly subscription for a keyword.5. How do I cancel the service?
There are no contracts so you can cancel at any time. Equally, with keywords, you can simply cancel your subscription payment with Google which will automatically end the keyword when the next payment doesn't come through.6. Where is the best place to get help?
