Delivery reports
Here we look at delivery reports for your campaigns. This
is where you can find out which of your messages have been
delivered and which have failed.
IMPORTANT: We are 100% reliant on the mobile networks to
provide delivery reports and they do not guarantee to supply
them. Therefore, some numbers may not be reported on.

Click on 'see your file list'
to pop-up your list of delivery reports.
- In this window you'll find a list of delivery
reports with filenames that relate to the day on
which the messages were sent.
Once you click on a day the file will probably open
up in Excel (if installed). Excel defaults to 'scientific'
numbers so you'll need to format the number column
to 'number' or 'text' to see the full mobile numbers.

- The 3 main delivery report outcomes are Delivered
(delivered to the phone), Failed (where the number
is no longer valid) & No Data (where the number
is valid but the message hasn't been delivered yet,
e.g. because it is not switched on or in an area of
no reception).
