In reverse auctions customers can win high value auction
items for pennies.
Rather than bidding in ever increasing amounts until a winner
emerges, reverse auctions work in a different way. The idea
is that bidders place what they think will be the lowest unique
bid to win the auction.

be unique to win, i.e. the lowest amount that no

is currently the winning bid. GOOD LUCK!’
‘Your bid of £3.21 is not the lowest unique bid.
Try again by replying to this text with your new bid in pence.
GOOD LUCK.’
When a player’s bid is no longer the winning bid, they
will be sent a text letting them know that they have been
outbid. New bids are placed by replying the text.
Reverse auctions are extremely compelling to play. You have
