National Autistic Society Deploys Text Response in The Times

The society, that champions the rights and interests of all people with autism, is celebrating the news that the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) has announced plans to produce clinical guidance in relation to diagnosing autism in adults.

Text Response for Charities

The test response campaign aims to capitalise on the high profile nature of this decision and the media coverage that the story has received. Using an sms response is the perfect way for consumers to express their support for a charity. It is quick and easy and alows people to respond wherever they happen to be. Supporters will also receve sms alerts on a regular basis, keeping them up to date with all the latest news.
Using a text response mechanic on marketing or advertising will generate a response rate that is between 15% and 20% higher than if there was no text option. Additionally, if consumers are given the choice, around half of them will make their initial contact by text.
