In an industry first, the company is using SMS to inform customers of the latest news that might affect customers of its car parks.

I’m glad I’m not trying to park my car at the station this week but forewarned is forearmed and at least customers know that they’ll need to find somewhere else to park or arrive earlier than normal to seek out an alternative spot.
