Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and the TV exploded with viral vids and breaking news of shoppers fighting over the best deals in stores last Friday. The discounts on tech, household goods and potential Christmas gifts meant shopping spiralled out of control.

Recent figures revealed by IBM show that 46.7% of all online traffic was mobile – an increase of 24.2% from last year.

Consider this too, drum roll please…Mobile accounted for 26.1% of online sales on Black Friday!
