Buying SMS credits and payment processing

Topping up your account with text credits.

How do I make payment for text credits?
There are 2 ways:

- Google Checkout accepts all major debit and credit cards (£1 minimum purchase, credits added instantly payment is authorised)
- By invoice - you can create an invoice in your account to pay by BACS or CHAPS (£50 minimum order, credits added once payment is cleared in our bank)

To buy credits, simply log into your account and hit the ‘Buy Credits’ button in the top right hand corner.

After payment, how long does it take for the credits to appear in my account?
Using Google Checkout, once payment has been made, credits are automatically and instantly added to your account. Credits remaining can be seen in the top right corner of you account. For invoice payments, the credits are added once the payment has cleared in our bank account. We notify you and add the credits.

I’ve made my payment using Google Checkout and my text credits don’t seem to have appeared in my account yet.
To protect against potential fraudulent purchases, Google will occasionally conduct further checks on your credit or debit card. If payment has not been immediately processed then Google will notify you that they are conducting further checks. Credits will be added automatically as soon as payment has been successfully processed and you will be notified by email. The additional checks can take between 2 and 6 hours to complete.
